How is sales tax calculated on my order?

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address. Orders outside of Canada are sales tax exempt.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from Lip Service with a Canada Post tracking number.

Can I exchange/return my item(s)?

All our orders are placed to order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Damage that is apparent upon delivery must be noted on the freight carrier delivery receipt. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED AT ONCE. You must keep all packaging material to file a claim. Please understand that in all cases no allowance can be made if a claim is not filed immediately. Please email for all damage returns. Can I return an item by mail?

Yes. Only damaged or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged upon authorization of Lip Service Napkins. Please see the Returns page for further information.
